Well, those of you who know your race horses can tell me if you think it's any good.
I shot this with my Mom's new digital ccamera and it's what I would term an "acceptable" shot. I've never been good at taking pictures of artwork. Not enough patience. This has been highly worked over with curve to try to get it close to the original colors, and it's still no where near rich enough. The shadows are clearly blue on the original, though the reds are pretty close in this.
This is the sort of thing I'm willing to do as commission. It's on a full sheet of the Hannemuhle paper, so it's quite big. Prismacolor colored pencils; probably 30 hours of work.

I thinks it's grand. I always thought his muzzle was a bit bigger, but you have the colors and look down pat.
